CFM Capital L.P. ‘CFMC’ is an Investment Partnership created in November 2007 and is registered in the states of New York and New Jersey as a Limited Partnership.
CFMC’s mission is to achieve market (as defined by S&P 500) beating absolute returns while reducing risk (as defined by downside volatility) by employing a value oriented quantitative trading process that focuses on defending capital during unfavorable market conditions.
CFMC’s investor base consists mostly of allocations made by financial institutions and High Net-Worth Individuals. All three partners have most of their net worth invested in CFMC.
CFMC charges a 1% management fee, and a performance fee equal to 1/4th of the returns over 6% annually.
